1. Scope
This policy applies to all digital products, subscription plans, and professional-service engagements sold directly through algostag.com.
2. Cancellations
- Subscription Services – You may cancel at any time through your dashboard or by e-mailing billing@algostag.com. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle; no partial-month credits.
- Fixed-Price Projects – You may cancel a project before we start work and receive a full refund of any advance payment, minus non-recoverable fees (e.g., payment-gateway charges). Once work begins, see Section 3.
3. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Discounted “early-access,” beta, or pre-order purchases
- Custom development once the milestone is delivered
- Third-party fees or domain registrations purchased on your behalf
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue violates this policy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.
6. Policy Modifications
We may amend this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly.
