Welcome to AlgoStag Digital (“AlgoStag,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of algostag.com, its sub-domains, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Scope of Services
We design, build, and support digital solutions, including—but not limited to—websites, AI chatbots, automation workflows, network monitoring tools, security-awareness training, and learning-management systems.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally capable of entering into contracts.
3. Account Registration & Security
You agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- keep credentials confidential;
- promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Intellectual Property
All content we create—code, text, graphics, trademarks, and logos—remains our property or that of our licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- violate applicable law;
- infringe intellectual-property rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
- transmit malware or spam;
- reverse-engineer or resell the Service.
6. Fees & Payment
Fees (if any) are set out in order forms or checkout pages. All amounts are due in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5 % per month (or the maximum allowed by law).

8. Disclaimers
Service provided “as-is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoStag shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AlgoStag harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page at least 7 days before taking effect.
